James and Theresa Lowry are the current owners of ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration (“ECOS”). In December 2013, James and Theresa purchased ECOS with the goal of providing a great customer service experience. The Lowry’s have invested heavily in training the ECOS employee base by sending employees to IICRC classes in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, James and Theresa have hired a lot of talented veterans with over 15 years experience in the flood water damage restoration industry. ECOS employees are well experienced, IICRC certified, bonded, and fully insured. In 2015, ECOS employees will be required to wear uniforms and present a picture i.d. badge to the property owner. ECOS uses state of the art equipment and green technology. Call 888-375-3267 for an exceptional customer service experience.
When you call you will mostly likely speak with James or Theresa or a senior ECOS manager. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to respond to your emergency. James and Theresa understand that a loss due to flood or a fire is devastating and that’s why they want to bring the best service to all their customers.
