September, 2016 – ECOS, the provider of Emergency Restoration, is expanding its efforts this month and opening a new location in Basalt, Colorado.  This newest building location will officially open for business on September 15th, 2016 and will offer customers water and fire damage restoration as well as mold removal, asbestos testing & abatement services.  Our Basalt Office will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Most importantly, this office location will reduce the required time to respond to Carbondale, Basalt, Snowmass, and Aspen customers needing our services saving them time and money.

Co-Owner Theresa Lowry expressed her enthusiasm about the new launch in September, 2016, stating “this new location will expand our reach into the Roaring Fork Valley area providing quicker response times with a central location to better serve our new and existing customers.  ECOS has been and continues to be an active member of the Basalt Chamber of Commerce and putting an office in this growing community made logical sense to James and I.  ECOS has been providing excellent customer service in the resort communities of Aspen and Glenwood Springs.  Having said that, we felt that a mid-valley location would improve our operations and give our professionals another resource to improve response times in the Roaring Fork Valley.  We are very excited to bring this higher level of service directly to Basalt.”

Kathy Ballard will continue to serve as the General Manager of the area and will incorporate this new office into the operations process.  Ian Salyer will continue to be a senior project manager in the area and will add the Basalt office into his daily routine.

ECOS Steamboat Keeps Flooded Businesses open | 888-375-3267

ECOS Steamboat employees are working hard to keep flooded businesses, including E3 Chophouse, open after flood water damage struck.  ECOS is open 24 hours a day and ready to help commercial flooded businesses stay open even when disaster strikes their property.  On Saturday January 3rd, 2015, ECOS responded to an emergency flood service call at E3 Chophouse.  We responded quickly sending water damage technicians that were IICRC certified, bonded, and fully insured.  Our quick response produced several positive events.  First, fast response time reduces the chance of mold spores forming at any of the flooded businesses.  Mold needs moisture to grow and can grow within 24 hours.  Second, our fast time allowed us to explain the water damage restoration process to all of the parties involved during the restoration process to make good decisions.  Finally, our fast response time allowed E3 to open on Saturday night and serves its delicious food to customers who made 200 reservations that evening.

ECOS also mobilized state of the art equipment and green technology to dry the E3 Chophouse water damage.  All of our equipment was safe for the restaurant patrons.  ECOS worked with the city and the restaurant to develop a game plan to keep the restaurant open despite the significant water damage.  Due to strong team work by everyone involved E3 successfully opened for business that Saturday night.  Most importantly, the restaurant has remained open through out the water damage remediation process.  ECOS would like to thank E3 Chophouse for trusting us during their time of need.
