December 1st, 2015 – ECOS, the provider of Emergency Restoration, is expanding its efforts this week and opening a new location in Denver, Colorado. This newest building location will officially open for business on December 1, 2015 and will offer customers water and fire damage mitigation and restoration as well as mold removal, asbestos testing & abatement services 24 hours a day. This office will reduce the required time to respond to Denver metro customers needing our services saving them time and money.
Owner James Lowry expressed his enthusiasm about the new launch on December 1, 2015, stating “this new location will expand our reach into the Denver Metro area providing quicker response times with a central location to better serve our new and existing customers. ECOS has been providing excellent customer service in the resort communities of Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and Steamboat Springs. Having said that, we grew a strong Boulder branch and were very proud to help that community during the devastating Boulder floods in 2013. We are now excited to bring this higher level of service directly to Denver. Although Denver is a competitive market, we believe that customers want and should get exceptional customer service. ”
Jayme Sestak and Jonathan Adamson will be the leaders of this new branch. Jayme brings a diverse 20 year management, customer service and sales background. She previously owned and operated Servpro Of Broomfield and started in the restoration business in 2005. Her experience and business acumen will provide the Denver Metro area with a personal relationship manager, ensuring a quick and professional response; strong industry knowledge and the customer service ECOS customers and clients have come to expect.
Jonathan with a strong construction background started in the restoration industry in 2006. He has seen and managed all aspects of this multi-faceted industry from water, mold, fire and asbestos. He also has extensive experience with content loss in residential, multi family, commercial and large loss catastrophe across Colorado as well as theUnited States. Finally, Jonathan also serves at the asbestos abatement division head which is an important service line that ECOS offers that most restoration companies do not offer their customers.

Dennis Catuncan – Lead Water Mitigation Technician, Junior Project Manager
As ECOS continued growing on all fronts, the need for additional experienced managers brought us to cross paths with Dennis.
Dennis has one of the highest scores for customer satisfaction in our company. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dennis moved from Texas to join ECOS as we expand into the Denver Metro area with our new office location. Dennis has experience in water, mold, and fire restoration.
Quincy Lyons – Water Mitigation Technician, Abatement Worker
Quincy just started in the restoration industry in 2014, coming from a moving and storage background, making him an ideal lead technician for pack-out situations. Quincy has learned quickly and has become an integral part of the ECOS Boulder team. Quincy has his water certification and also has his asbestos worker certification. He is extremely friendly and has also received high grades from our Denver based customers.
Joe Brinson – Water Mitigation Technician, Abatement Worke
During the Boulder floods, Joe came into the ECOS Boulder office and is one of 80 part-time employees that ECOS decided to hire. Joe always has a can-do attitude and is happy to serve your insured in any way possible during the most trying of times.
